Project Manager (Lisbon - Hybrid)

Your responsibilities include: Manage a portfolio of technology initiatives aligned with the company's digital and transformation agenda. Plan, prepare, and implement all portfolio management activities. Coordinate projects in close collaboration with the unit Manager, leadership team, and cross-functional stakeholders. Define and track project objectives, budgets, timelines, and execution status. Monitor projects using KPIs, SLAs, and simplified financial analysis. Identify risks related to timeline, budget, and scope, and propose mitigation actions. Manage relationships with external partners, ensuring alignment and effective delivery. Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment of needs and solutions. Support the development of new initiatives, opportunities, and procurement processes. Ensure proper governance across all project lifecycle phases, following established methodologies and frameworks. Build strong understanding of business processes and identify technology-driven improvement opportunities. You must have: Proven experience in portfolio and project management, ideally in a technology or digital environment. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience managing budgets, timelines, and performance indicators (KPIs). Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and project performance. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business teams.
