Sales Representative Endoscopy

Medtronic seeks a Sales Representative for its Endoscopy division in Lisbon. The role involves promoting medical device products to existing and new customers, managing territory sales, and developing client relationships while meeting financial targets.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell endoscopy products and services in assigned territory to meet sales targets
- Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Expand penetration in existing accounts and identify new product opportunities
- Identify, prepare, and execute tender opportunities
- Complete administrative duties including sales reports, forecasts, and account documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or related field
- Minimum 8 years medical device sales experience
- Local market knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes
- Tender management experience
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Advanced presentation and negotiation skills
- Valid driver license
Compensation: €34,400–€51,600 annual base salary
