Business Analyst

Join a project in one of Portugal's leading financial/payments institutions as a Business Analyst , working directly with stakeholders in a stable, ongoing project. This isn't a hand-off-and-forget role — you'll own the full analysis lifecycle, from understanding business needs to validating that what gets built actually solves the problem. You'll work face-to-face with the people who make decisions, three days a week, building real relationships instead of chasing requirements over Slack. What You'll Actually Do: Understand the real problem: meet with clients, users, and stakeholders to uncover business needs and define requirements that matter — not just tick boxes Shape how the business works: map current processes (AS-IS), design what comes next (TO-BE), and spot where automation or improvement makes a real difference Own the specification: write use cases, user stories, and business rules; produce wireframes when they help the story land See it through: validate that what's built matches what was asked, join backlog refinements and sprint planning, and manage change as requirements evolve Who thrives here Someone who enjoys breaking down complex problems, spotting impacts and dependencies others miss, and translating messy business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
