A sua nova função
Como IT Operations Specialist, será responsável por garantir o correto funcionamento dos serviços de IT, prestando suporte a utilizadores e assegurando a operação diária de infraestruturas, equipamentos e serviços tecnológicos. Terá um papel ativo na gestão de ambientes Microsoft 365, Active Directory e Azure AD, suporte a redes e conectividade, gestão de ativos e colaboração com equipas globais e fornecedores. Participará ainda na implementação de iniciativas tecnológicas e projetos de melhoria contínua.
O que necessita para ser bem sucedido
Procuramos profissionais com experiência em IT Operations, Suporte de Infraestruturas ou Workplace Services, capazes de trabalhar de forma autónoma e gerir múltiplas prioridades. Deverá possuir conhecimentos sólidos em Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory, Azure AD, troubleshooting de infraestruturas e redes, gestão de ativos e CMDB. Será valorizada experiência em ambientes multi-site, ferramentas como ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune e Zscaler, bem como conhecimentos de ITIL, cibersegurança e compliance.
