Service Delivery Manager - Invoicing & Finance Operations for NATO with security clearance

Where: On-site in Oeiras (Lisbon), Portugal. Would you like to join the leading international intergovernmental organisation? We are supporting NATO in sourcing experienced professionals for mission-critical roles across the Alliance. This is a contract (B2B) engagement delivered on-site, working alongside NATO teams. Key Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day operation of NCI Academy business activities using sound project-management principles, processes and tools Generate quarterly reporting and liaise with Agency Finance to ensure quarterly invoices are accurate and delivered on time Act as a customer focal point, dealing diplomatically with problem-management and business-related issues Prepare and support Price Proposals (PP), Operational Level Agreements (OLA) and Service Support Training (SST) agreements Process daily EBA activities — Purchase Requisitions (PRs), OLA PRs and travel requests — and maintain resource-allocation plans Support product cost analysis, CAPEX/OPEX estimation and pricing, and new Business-Model development Manage daily ServiceNow (SNOW) activities: service-task structures, resource-plan requests and timecard processing Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven service-delivery / project-management experience in an IT or business-operations environment Strong financial and invoicing acumen — quarterly reporting, price proposals, OLAs Hands‐on ServiceNow (SNOW) experience and comfort with EBA / procurement workflows Excellent stakeholder management and a diplomatic, customer‐focused approach If you've read the description and feel the role is a great match, we'd love to hear from you — apply to be directed to a brief questionnaire.
