Entrada imediata;
Contrato de 6 meses, com possibilidade de renovação;
40hrs semanais, distribuídas em turnos rotativos de segunda-feira a domingo, com duas folgas consecutivas;
Horário de funcionamento do balcão: De segunda-feira a domingo, das 7h00 à 00h00.
Como será o teu dia a dia?
Como Rececionista, serás essencial para garantir que cada cliente desfrute de uma experiência sem preocupações. Com a tua atenção e dedicação, terás a oportunidade de fazer a diferença, assegurando que cada etapa da sua viagem seja especial.
Ajudarás a gerir as reservas dos clientes, aconselhando-os e oferecendo produtos adicionais e opções de proteção que irão enriquecer a sua experiência de viagem. Além disso, promoverás serviços que tornam tudo mais fácil e rápido, como Self Service Kiosk, Programas Exclusivos de Fidelização, Quick Pass e Avis Drive;
Terás responsabilidades operacionais no parque de estacionamento, gerindo a devolução e inspeção dos veículos, comunicando ao cliente o encerramento do contrato;

Salário base 12.880 EUR/brutos anual + comissões + 220 EUR/mensal de subsidio alimentação + 45 EUR/mensal de subsidio transporte + seguro saúde. Além disso, durante o período de formação. receberás um valor mínimo, de comissões, garantido, para facilitar a tua adaptação. O teu esforço define o teu sucesso!
O que precisas para ter êxito na tua nova posição?
Carta de condução categoria B e paixão por automóveis.
Atitude comercial orientada para vendas e entusiasmo por superar desafios comerciais.
Disponibilidade para trabalhar por turnos e fins-de-semana.
Fluência em inglês e português, imprescindível para oferecer uma experiência premium aos clientes, apoiando-os em cada etapa, desde a reserva até ao encerramento do contrato.
