The Product & Marketing Manager is responsible for the end‐to‐end lifecycle management, growth, profitability, and go‐to‐market execution of Vodafone Portugal's Connectivity and Digital Solutions portfolio, namely WiFi, Digital Screen and Guest TV for B2B. This role combines product management and marketing responsibilities to drive revenue growth, customer adoption, customer satisfaction, and portfolio profitability. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Technology, Operations, Finance, Vodafone Group and external partners to define product strategy, launch new capabilities, optimise existing services, and ensure market competitiveness. What you'll do Define and execute the product roadmap, features, and lifecycle management. Own portfolio P&L revenue, margin, pricing, and business case delivery. Develop the customer value proposition and market positioning. Lead go‐to‐market strategy, launch readiness, and commercial enablement. Drive cross‐functional programmes (platform modernization, feature rollout). Ensure customer experience excellence (service availability, NPS, SLAs). Represent Vodafone Portugal in Vodafone Group product councils and partner forums. Accountable for aligning Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations and Finance around the product portfolio. Who you are University degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. Strategic product thinking – defines clear long‐term direction and differentiates the offer. Commercial acumen – deep understanding of P&L drivers, pricing and ROI. Customer focus – designs solutions that enhance enterprise communication experiences. Execution excellence – delivers complex programmes on time, on scope, on budget. Cross‐functional influence – aligns stakeholders to shared goals. Innovation mindset – champions the integration of new technologies into the current portfolio to bring new value propositions to the product. Product marketing – value proposition development, customer segmentation and sales enablement. Minimum five years' experience in product or project management, preferably in telecommunications or tech companies. Advanced proficiency in data analysis, business case modelling and marketing tools. Three to five years managing technology or telecom products. Strong understanding of fixed connectivity services, WiFi solutions, media and managed connectivity services. Telecom/connectivity expertise, product management, marketing & GTM, programme management, financial management, stakeholder management. Knowledge of enterprise networking and digital solutions.
