Sr Clinical Research Associate (Portugal)

Senior Clinical Research Associate to oversee site monitoring services, ensure protocol and regulatory compliance, and serve as liaison between sponsors and investigative sites. Provides mentorship to junior CRAs and coordinates all clinical study execution activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of clinical site monitoring and assess protocol compliance
- Serve as primary contact between sponsors, Alimentiv, and investigative sites
- Mentor and provide guidance to CRA I and II level staff members
- Conduct CRA Assessment Visits and participate in audits and inspections
- Coordinate study execution plans with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Extensive clinical research and site monitoring experience
- Deep knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and local Portuguese regulations
- Proven ability to mentor and develop junior clinical research staff
- Strong regulatory compliance and protocol assessment expertise
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
