Senior Business Analyst (SAP FS-CD) - Insurance Sector

Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Analysis , preferably in complex and large-scale environments Proven experience in SAP FS-CD (Collections & Disbursements) – mandatory Strong knowledge of SAP Finance modules (FI) – mandatory Solid experience within the insurance industry – mandatory Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements Experience in facilitating workshops and engaging with multiple stakeholders Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories Strong experience in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI or similar) Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN) Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work autonomously in a part-time engagement (1 day per week) Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) is required Fluency in English (spoken and written) Find with us the right opportunity to grow!
