Junior Talent Acquisition (IEFP Internship)

This is an excellent opportunity for a final-year undergraduate student to gain hands-on experience in Recruitment & Selection and Employer Branding while working alongside an experienced team. You'll be supported throughout your journey, developing your skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Junior Talent Acquisition (IEFP Internship)

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes across different business areas, under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition team.

• Source and identify candidates using recruitment platforms and social networks.

• Screen CVs and support interview scheduling and candidate communication.

• Participate in recruitment interviews and selection processes alongside experienced recruiters.

• Publish job opportunities across different recruitment channels.

• Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives, including university engagement, career events, and social media activities.

• Help maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and talent pipelines.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Skills

• Final-year Bachelor's student in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, or a related field.

• Eligible for an IEFP Internship.

• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
