Quality Management & Excellence***** ****System Implementation:** Design and deploy robust a Quality Management System across the SSC to ensure service consistency.*** ****ISO 9001 Roadmap:** Lead the strategic planning and execution required to achieve **ISO 9001 certification** in the medium term.*** ****KPI Management:** Define, monitor, and report on Quality KPIs, ensuring they align with global business objectives.*** ****TLD Updates:** Track and ensure all TLD updates are executed accurately and timely.*** ****Audit Planning:** Develop and manage an internal audit calendar to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.*** ****Change Management:** ability to plan, assess risk, implement, document, and communicate QMS changes while ensuring compliance, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.******2.
