A Dealstone Strategic Partners é uma empresa de real estate que atua como parceiro comercial integrado de promotores imobiliários, assumindo desde a marketing e branding de projetos até à comercialização direta junto de investidores e compradores. Trabalhamos com projetos de referência na região do Porto.
O que vais fazer
- Gerir toda a jornada comercial de leads qualificados, desde o primeiro contacto até ao fecho (CPCV e escritura)
- Acompanhar investidores nacionais e internacionais interessados em projetos residenciais
- Realizar visitas, apresentações de projeto e negociações
- Colaborar de perto com a equipa de marketing para otimizar a conversão de leads
- Manter o CRM atualizado com o histórico e estado de cada oportunidade
Procuramos pessoas que:
- Tenham excelente capacidade de comunicação e negociação
- Sejam orientadas para objetivos e resultados
- Falem português e inglês fluentemente (outros idiomas são uma mais-valia, especialmente para trabalhar com investidores internacionais)
- Aceitamos tanto perfis júnior, com forte vontade de aprender e crescer no setor, como perfis sénior, com carteira de clientes e experiência comprovada em vendas.
