Cybersecurity Expert IT/OT (m/f/d)

We are looking for a  Cybersecurity Expert (m/f/d) to join our team!

Your new area of responsibility – challenging and future-oriented

• As a Cybersecurity Expert, you embody the “Product and Solution Security” process within the organization and in projects.
• As part of our team, you develop IT security concepts and support the implementation of security requirements.
• Already during the proposal phase, you carry out a high-level risk assessment for the project bid, thereby identifying the IT security risks for the future project.
• You support our project teams in the development of security architecture for projects. Furthermore, you conduct discussions with customers and suppliers on IT security throughout all phases of the project.
• Subsequently, as a security expert, you conduct threat and risk analyses and, together with the project team, determine appropriate countermeasures.
• Together with our pentest team, you verify and validate the security measures to ensure that customer expectations are met.
• You specify and maintain security requirements and also support the fulfilment of international and regional security standards and regulations.

Your qualifications – solid and appropriate

• You have completed an (information) technology or scientific Master's degree or possess an equivalent qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure technology projects, such as network security, system hardening and storage technologies (CCNA R&S or Security certification, or equivalent, is advantageous)
• You possess a sound understanding of cloud technologies (e.g. AWS).
• You have knowledge of security standards and best practices (e.g. IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Certifications in the fields of cybersecurity and cloud environments (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, AWS) are advantageous.
• Highly valued is the ability to analyze and contextualize vulnerabilities within projects and solutions, understanding of Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) and Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS).
• You have experience in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of projects.
• You think with both the customer and solutions in mind, communicate readily, and present yourself confidently to a wide range of stakeholders, including technical and management teams.
• You are able to communicate fluently in English; good knowledge of German is also considered an advantage.
• You enjoy working in international teams on global challenges.
