PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead and develop a team of 34 people (5 direct reports), fostering a modern, coaching‐oriented culture. Support talent growth, succession planning, and performance management. Promote engagement, collaboration, and continuous skill development across the team. Ensure smooth order fulfillment and OTIF performance. Coordinate with production, sales, and customer service to meet commitments. Maintain proactive communication with customers and suppliers. Lead strategic sourcing and monitor supplier performance. Ensure timely availability of raw materials and services. Identify cost‐saving and efficiency improvement opportunities. Drive forecasting, S&OP, and production planning. Maintain optimal inventory levels balancing cost and service. Align demand, capacity, and supply across functions. Oversee warehousing and distribution efficiency. Optimize transportation flows and delivery performance. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS Formal Qualifications & Experience Minimum 8 years' experience in full end‐to‐end supply chain roles. Experience in complex, multi‐stakeholder environments. Proven people‐management experience with a modern, coaching‐oriented leadership style. Fluency in Portuguese and professional‐level English. Data‐analysis skills (ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Excel). Key Skills Strong teamplayer and inspirational team leader. Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation abilities. Problem‐solving oriented with solid decision‐making skills. Highly organised with strong time‐management habits. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in fast‐changing environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
