Senior Mid-Market Account Executive (SaaS & AI Solutions) Location: Lisbon, Portugal Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic sales professional to drive the adoption of cutting‐edge AI and fleet management solutions across mid‐market and enterprise clients. The role requires a consultative selling style and the ability to navigate complex decision‐making structures in a global context. Key Responsibilities Prospect and acquire new leads in the global car rental, leasing, and subscription markets through databases, trade events, referrals, and other channels. Convert leads into closed deals through outbound sales and relationship building with decision‐makers, champions and influencers. Map stakeholder structures, identify key decision‐makers, tailor USPs and draft tailored win plans. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Develop and execute a clear annual target strategy. Identify and propose improvements to the sales process and product offering. Collaborate with the tech team to refine market‐specific requirements and propose new modules, features and integrations. Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of outbound sales experience. Prior experience in SaaS, technology, software or the car‐rental/mobility sector is mandatory. Hard Skills Strong ownership and resourcefulness across multiple deals. Resilience to phone outreach and travel to meet prospects. Mindset Willingness to learn a new business deeply and propose innovative ideas. People‐centred, able to collaborate across countries and teams. Cultural Fit Experience in fast‐growing start‐ups is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish or French is an advantage. Benefits Annual base salary: €57,000. Meal allowance: €10.20 per day via Coverflex. Health insurance. Gym membership.
