Junior Tech Consultant (Open to IT CTESP)

"The Challenge: What Will You Actually Be Doing?

As a Crosser, you won’t be limited to a single traditional technology. Your challenge will be to understand how vast IT ecosystems work - spanning Software Delevopment , System Integration and DevOps - helping our clients make their system faster, more secure, and more efficient.

After completing your training at Crossjoin Academy, you’ll join a multidisciplinary project where you’ll:

Analyze and solve problems: Dive deep into complex systems to identify performance bottlenecks and solve critical technical challenges.

Simplify and automate: Turn manual, repetitive setup tasks into smart, automatic scripts. Make sure servers and systems are configured exactly the same way every time, reducing human error and making background updates a smooth, predictable process.

Maintain and stabilize: Keep the foundational systems behind our software connected, stable, and running smoothly. Handle the challenge of upgrading environments, managing code and system configurations, ensuring seamless integration without interrupting the people who rely on the client's services every day.

Requirements:

• Concluded (or looking for internship) CTESP in Information Technology.

• Passion for technology and problem-solving.

• Willingness to learn and step out of your comfort zone.

• Analytical thinking and logical reasoning.

• English proficiency (written and spoken).

• Portuguese proficiency (written and spoken).

• Programing skill in at least one language.
