Italian Customer Care Porto opportunity for Italian speakers looking to build an international career in Customer Service and Technical Support. Join a global diabetes care project, support users of innovative medical devices and work from Porto Office Park.

• Support customers via phone, email and chat


• Help users with device-related questions


• Troubleshoot basic technical issues


• Manage orders, renewals and documentation


• Provide friendly and empathetic customer service

• €1,000 gross/month   x 14– base salary


• €200 gross/month – fixed project bonus


• €1,200 gross Welcome Bonus , paid in 12 equal monthly instalments of €100 gross  during the first year of employment


• Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day, approximately €167.86 net/month


• Night shifts: additional 25% per hour
