AI Customer Tech Advisor - Lisbon, Portugal

We are looking for an English-speaking technical support professional to join our growing customer support team in Lisbon. In this role you will be the go-to expert for users of AI-powered software, integrations and platforms. You will troubleshoot their issues, work with Product and Engineering teams, and help shape how the products evolve.

What you'll do
- Provide first-line and escalated technical support to English-speaking customers via chat, email and phone
- Troubleshoot issues with AI-powered software, integrations and platform features
- Diagnose and reproduce bugs, and work with Product and Engineering teams to resolve them
- Build and improve the internal knowledge base and customer FAQs
- Deliver excellent customer satisfaction (CSAT) and meet SLA targets
- Guide customers on product features, workarounds and best practices
- Spot trends in customer feedback and flag product improvement opportunities

Requirements
Mandatory
- Proven experience in technical support, tech support or IT helpdesk
- Valid work permit or legal right to work in Portugal
- Based in Lisbon or able to relocate immediately
- Available to start ASAP
Essential skills
- Fluent/native English, written and spoken (C1 or higher)
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using ticketing systems, CRMs and support software
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly in writing
Nice to have
- Experience supporting AI, SaaS or tech products
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk or similar
- Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
- Portuguese language skills
