Our client is an international financial organisation establishing in Portugal an IT Centre of Excellence. It focuses on delivering tailored strategic solutions to meet client needs, emphasising innovation and efficiency in its approach.
The Microsoft 365 Specialist will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimising Microsoft 365 solutions to support business operations. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 tools and their application within the Fintech industry.
Description
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365-related issues.
- Oversee user access, security settings, and compliance within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement new features and updates.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and configurations.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Stay updated on Microsoft 365 updates and industry best practices.
Profile
A successful Microsoft 365 Specialist should have:
- Proven experience working with Microsoft 365 solutions in a professional setting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange.
- Familiarity with security and compliance configurations within Microsoft 365.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals) are a plus.
Job Offer
