Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: Remote (Candidates must be based in the Lisbon area)
What You'll Do
- Provide professional customer support in Italian and English.
- Assist customers with account-related questions and service inquiries.
- Deliver accurate, friendly, and efficient support while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Contribute to high customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Italian (C1–C2) and English (B2+).
- Currently residing in Portugal.
- Must live within 50 km of the Lisbon office.
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: €1,000 gross per month × 14 salaries
- Food Allowance: €7.63 per working day
- Attendance Bonus: €100 per month (11 months)
- Remote working model

Working Schedule
- Monday to Sunday
- Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 21:00
- Two rotational days off per week
Important Information
Please note that this position does not include a relocation package . Applicants must already be living in Portugal and reside within 50 km of the Lisbon office.
