IT Contract Manager

Estamos a recrutar um(a) IT Contract Manager para integrar uma equipa responsável pela gestão de contratos de Infraestrutura e Serviços TIC, assegurando o cumprimento dos requisitos regulatórios, financeiros e operacionais associados à gestão de fornecedores críticos.
Enquadramento da Função
O(a) profissional será responsável pela gestão integral do ciclo de vida dos contratos de Infraestrutura e Serviços TIC, garantindo a conformidade contratual, financeira e regulatória dos serviços prestados por fornecedores estratégicos.
Responsabilidades
Gerir o ciclo de vida dos contratos de Infraestrutura e Serviços TIC
Assegurar a conformidade com requisitos regulatórios, nomeadamente no âmbito do Regulamento DORA
Acompanhar processos de outsourcing tecnológico e gestão de fornecedores críticos
Elaborar business cases, propostas de investimento e pareceres financeiros para aprovação executiva
Apoiar a gestão financeira e o controlo orçamental dos contratos
Participar em processos de negociação contratual
Garantir evidências e documentação para auditorias internas e externas
Colaborar com equipas de Risco, Compliance e restantes áreas de suporte
Contribuir para a gestão do risco operacional associado a prestadores de serviços TIC
Requisitos
Experiência em Gestão de Contratos IT
Experiência em Gestão Financeira e Controlo Orçamental
Experiência na elaboração de business cases e propostas de investimento
Experiência em negociação contratual
Conhecimentos de outsourcing TIC e gestão de fornecedores
Conhecimento do Regulamento DORA
Experiência em gestão de risco operacional
Experiência na preparação de evidências para auditorias internas e externas
Experiência de articulação com equipas de Risco e Compliance
Valorizamos
Conhecimentos de Infraestruturas IT
Experiência no setor bancário
Capacidade de comunicação com interlocutores executivos
