We're looking for a customer-focused Support Specialist to join a lively team. Role Overview As a Customer Advisor , you'll be the main contact for users, assisting them through multiple channels such as email, chat, and social platforms. From account and billing questions to technical support, your mission is to keep the customer journey smooth and high quality.
