Requirements As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture team. This role goes beyond recruitment—it's an opportunity to build strong talent pipelines and connect exceptional people with high-impact technology projects. You'll work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and international teams, playing a key role in growing CONKORD's presence in one of Europe's most competitive technology markets. What You'll Be Doing Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles in IT and technology; Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business and recruitment needs; Identify, contact, and attract top tech talent through various channels and networking strategies; Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical and cultural fit; Contribute to initiatives promoting the employer brand and attracting talent; Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process; Support continuous improvement initiatives in Talent Acquisition processes and practices.
