About the job

• As a buyer in the Professional Services Team, your mission is to operate on the internal clients' behalf, the buying of goods and services (Training, Recruitment, among others), ensuring the respect of regulation and BNP Paribas' standards, applying category-sourcing strategy and achieving savings target

Your Main Activities Are

• Support your clients in their purchasing requests, on an ongoing basis and ensure client satisfaction (quality, costs, processing time)
• Coordinate Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and analyse suppliers' offers, manage One on One negotiations
• Negotiate the best price conditions with the providers and achieve savings target
• Prepare application contracts and ensure compliance with regulation, BNP Paribas' standards and framework contracts or General Conditions
• Contribute to the improvement of procurement processes and tools

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor's degree
• Relevant experience in Procurement related activities or similar roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluency in English and French
• Being at ease with reading and managing contracts
• Availability and customer orientation skills
• Communication skills
• Ability for negotiation
• Attention to detail/rigor
• Organizational skills
• Dynamic and proactive attitude
