About the role
Someone comfortable with both modern and legacy stacks, eager to try new trends and innovative approaches to our solutions and transformation. Disruptive mindset, out-of-the-box thinking, and the willingness to take risks are the mindsets we are looking for!

As a part of your job, you will:

• Contribute to full-stack solution design, development, and deployment;

• Support technical leadership and work with Product/Value Owners and Solution Architects to design solutions, participate in the definition of the roadmap, and coach and mentor people within projects.

• Be an active member of our PHP community;

• Contribute to Celfocus' technical roadmap and innovation initiatives;

• Be a Celfocus reference and ambassador at tech conferences and summits.

What are we looking for?

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming;

• 4+ years of experience as a PHP Software Developer (mandatory experience with PHP 8);

• 2+years of experience with Java.

• Knowledge of web architectures and services ( SOAP, REST, JSON);

• Knowledge of microservices architecture design principles;

• Knowledge of SOLID principles;

• Knowledge of relational databases (MSSQL preferred);

• Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Git, Jira);

• Experience with cloud and containerized solutions (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.), collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders (from CTOs to architects and developers);

• Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban);

• Knowledge of TELCO industry BSS/OSS architecture is preferable.

• Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy;

• Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;

• Willingness to collaborate with other players;

• Strong communication skills.
