A knok está a recrutar um/a Customer Service Associate para integrar a equipa de Business Operations no Porto, em regime full-time e modelo híbrido. A função terá foco no apoio a profissionais de saúde, clientes e parceiros, assegurando marcação de consultas ao domicílio, resposta a questões, gestão de pedidos e suporte na utilização da plataforma. Responsabilidades: Agendar consultas ao domicílio, garantindo eficiência no processo; Gerir emails e chamadas relacionados com consultas ao domicílio; Registar e gerir pedidos de marcação de consultas; Apoiar profissionais de saúde na utilização da plataforma; Responder a questões de clientes e tratar reclamações; Prestar esclarecimentos sobre os planos de subscrição da knok; Garantir uma experiência positiva para profissionais de saúde, clientes e parceiros; Partilhar feedback com outras equipas para melhorar processos e experiência de utilização. Requisitos: Competências informáticas e boa capacidade para utilizar diferentes ferramentas em simultâneo; Boa capacidade de comunicação e argumentação; Espírito de equipa; Flexibilidade horária; Fluência em português, oral e escrito; Capacidade para comunicar de forma eficaz com diferentes níveis da organização; Bom nível de inglês, oral e escrito; Orientação para o cliente e capacidade para resolver situações de forma profissional. Será valorizado: Experiência anterior em customer service; Experiência em empresas da área da saúde; Experiência em ambientes rápidos e em crescimento, preferencialmente em empresas tecnológicas; Experiência com prestadores de cuidados de saúde ou seguradoras.
