Compensation & Benefits Manager

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead the development and management of compensation, benefits, and recognition strategies across the group. This role is key to attracting, retaining, and motivating talent, while ensuring our practices reflect the premium positioning of the brand.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits policies;

• Conduct salary benchmarking and market trend analysis;

• Propose annual salary reviews and incentive programs;

• Oversee complementary benefits (health insurance, perks, wellness plans, etc.);

• Support performance management and employee recognition initiatives;

• Ensure compliance with legal and tax regulations related to compensation;

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to align strategies;

• Prepare reports, analysis, and models to support decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or similar field;

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a C&B role, ideally in structured environments;

• Solid knowledge of compensation practices and labor/tax regulations;

• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge;

• High attention to detail and sense of confidentiality;

• Strong communication and teamwork skills;

• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
