Especializada em Team Extension , Managed Services , Software à Medida e Nearshore , contamos atualmente com uma equipa de mais de 2350 profissionais a colaborar em projetos nacionais e internacionais, abrangendo várias tecnologias. Estamos à procura de um Especialista de Suporte Aplicacional para este projeto! Responsabilidades: Administrar e manter motores aplicacionais críticos, garantindo disponibilidade e desempenho. Analisar, diagnosticar e resolver incidentes aplicacionais de média e elevada complexidade. Colaborar com equipas internas e clientes na implementação e suporte de soluções aplicacionais . Apoiar atividades de melhoria contínua , documentação e estabilização dos ambientes aplicacionais. Experiência comprovada mínima de funções de suporte aplicacional no mercado corporativo em Portugal. Conhecimentos sólidos em administração de motores aplicacionais , como FileNET, Kubernetes ou equivalentes. Experiência valorizada em tecnologias aplicacionais como WebSphere, WebLogic, Docker, IIS, Apache, Nginx , entre outras. Conhecimentos valorizados em Cloud Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). Forte capacidade de análise, resolução de problemas e trabalho em ambientes de produção . O que oferecemos?
