Internship – HRIS Consultant (French Speaker) This internship will be carried out at MC2I in Porto, Portugal on an on‐site, full‐time basis. Responsibilities Analyze and design solutions by drafting functional specifications based on client needs, benchmarks, and challenges. Deploy and coordinate projects, monitoring progress through steering committees to meet deadlines, budgets, and objectives. Support technical teams during the design phase, ensuring alignment between functional requirements and the proposed solution. Test new solutions or tools and ensure their quality through rigorous testing and quality assurance procedures. Manage change by providing user training, targeted communication, and personalized assistance. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Master's degree (engineering, business, or university) and looking for a final‐year internship. Fluent in French. Proficiency in English is a plus. Interest in digital transformation consulting, with basic functional and/or technical skills in this field. Up-to‐date knowledge of the latest technological innovations and market trends.
