In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, contributing to the delivery of strategic initiatives and ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into functional solut

ions.

• ations.Participate in solution design discussions with technical and functional
• teams.Contribute to testing activities, including test preparation, execution, and validation of delivered functiona
• lities.Provide support to business users and back-office teams throughout the project lif
• ecycle.Assist in the investigation and resolution of functional incidents and user-reported
• issues.Monitor requirements implementation and ensure alignment with business obje
• ctives.Facilitate communication between business and IT teams to ensure successful project de
• livery.Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational effi

• ProfileMinimum 3 years of experience as a Business
• Analyst.Previous experience within the Banking
• sector.Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process a
• nalysis.Proven ability to write functional specifications and business docume
• ntation.Experience participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation pr
• ocesses.Knowledge of banking operations, products, and pr
• ocesses.Strong analytical and problem-solving
• skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management ab
• ilities.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and internationa
• l teams.Proactive mindset with strong attention to

detail.
