Sales Development Representative - B2B Advertising (m/w/d)

Du willst im B2B‑Sales durchstarten und für eine der spannendsten Plattformen im Internet arbeiten? Als Sales Development Representative bei Reddit identifizierst Du neue Werbekund:innen, qualifizierst Leads und legst den Grundstein für nachhaltige Geschäftspartnerschaften. Du arbeitest performance‑getrieben, nah am Markt und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Client Partnern und Account Managern.
Deine Aufgaben bei uns:
Du identifizierst und qualifizierst potenzielle B2B‑Advertiser für Reddit über Outbound‑Kanäle wie Telefon, E‑Mail und Social Outreach.
Du kontaktierst neue Advertiser und baust eine starke Sales‑Pipeline auf.
Du erklärst Werbetreibenden Reddit als Plattform und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich sicher im Umgang mit Ads fühlen.
Du arbeitest eng mit internen Stakeholdern zusammen, um maßgeschneiderte Advertising‑Lösungen zu ermöglichen.
Der Job passt perfekt zu dir, wenn du:
1–2 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B‑ oder Outbound‑Sales , idealerweise im digitalen Marketing oder Advertising‑Umfeld.
Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Prospecting, Lead Generation und Pipeline Management (Cold Calls, E‑Mail, Social Selling).
Starkes Verständnis für Sales‑Funnels und KPIs.
Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und strategisches Denkvermögen.
Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
