Were Hiring Invoicing & Operations Specialist

Join this project and play a key role in ensuring smooth invoicing operations and financial accuracy!

What Youll Do

Ensure daily resolution of invoicing issues using data from pricing, commercial, and accounting teams and record and monitor commercial support transactions accurately;
Issue invoices aligned with negotiated Incoterms and validate document accuracy
Prepare manual invoices for adjustments, technical assistance, guarantees, and special cases;
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to clarify processes and provide documentation;
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce risks;
Support month-end and year-end closing activities;
Work closely with third-party providers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing transactions.

What We Are Looking For
Experience Professional experience in Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, or Finance;
Languages Fluent English (French knowledge is a big plus!);
Tech Skills Proficiency in accounting applications (specifically SAP).
