Join our client's team in Lisbon as a Content Moderator and help maintain the quality, safety, and compliance standards of a leading e-commerce platform.
About the Role
You will review online content, make informed decisions based on established policies, and ensure uploaded content meets quality, legal, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Fluent in Polish & English
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of the Polish/local market
- Ability to ensure policy, legal, and content safety compliance
- Flexible and adaptable to policy changes and shifting schedules
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Review content according to quality and safety standards
- Make rational decisions using local market knowledge
- Ensure policy and legal compliance
- Review content within required service levels
- Stay up to date with e-commerce products and standards
- Escalate issues according to established procedures
- Help maintain a safe and high-quality platform experience
