Business Manager

Responsibilities Discover and drive new business opportunities through market analysis and proactive outreach; Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction; Manage recruitment processes end-to-end, including conducting interviews when required; Monitor financial performance, ensuring profitability, margin control, and risk mitigation. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a similar Business Manager or related role; Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills; Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive, dynamic, and team-focused attitude; Academic background in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field; CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment. Nice to Have Previous experience managing client portfolios within the IT consulting industry; Good understanding of business needs and client expectations; Experience working closely with clients and/or consultants; Fluency in English, both written and spoken; BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
