We are partnering with a fast-growing international consumer business operating across the world. As the company continues its global expansion, they are seeking a Finance Global Vendor & Outsourcing Manager to take ownership of outsourced operations across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing, onboarding, and management of outsourced service providers across multiple geographies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
• Define, implement, and monitor KPIs and SLAs to measure partner performance.
• Conduct regular service reviews and business reviews to assess performance, align on objectives, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead onboarding and transition activities for new outsourcing partners.
• Perform third-party risk assessments and ensure adherence to internal governance and regulatory requirements.
• Own quality, cost, and efficiency metrics, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Legal, and Procurement to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all external outsourcing partners globally.
• Identify additional outsourcing opportunities and contribute to the ongoing development of the organization's global operating model.

Your Profile

• 8+ years of experience in vendor management, outsourcing, BPO, service delivery, or operations management.
• Proven experience managing external partners across multiple countries and regions.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management capabilities.
• Experience defining and managing KPIs and SLAs.
• Excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Experience within Finance Operations, Shared Services, Customer Service, or other outsourced operational environments is highly desirable.
