Position Receptionist / Customer Service for Accommodation Business Location Bairro Alto, Lisbon Immediate Start Required We are hiring a Receptionist / Customer Service Specialist to join our busy accommodation business with 8 locations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bairro Alto, combining front desk reception duties for our main hostel, with customer support for our self check-in properties. To be successful, you must work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced work environment, be a skilled multitasker and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Reception service & remote guest support Managing guest communications (in person, by phone, WhatsApp & email) across multiple properties Managing reservations, including check-ins & check-outs Collecting payments and preparing accurate reconciliation reports Promotion and sales Light cleaning of common areas and laundry assistance (when needed) This role includes the opportunity to earn generous commissions, both individually and as part of the team, through the sale of services and products at the bar and reception. Previous sales or hospitality experience will be highly regarded.
