Role Overview:
As a Travel Customer Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for passengers, supporting them throughout their travel experience. From booking assistance to travel-related inquiries and issue resolution, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive timely support and enjoy a smooth and stress-free journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist passengers with flight reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and general travel inquiries
- Offer accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage allowances, check-in procedures, travel documentation, and airline services
- Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately within internal systems
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective issue resolution
- Meet established service quality standards, productivity targets, and response-time objectives
- Stay informed about travel regulations, airline procedures, industry developments, and service updates through ongoing training
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
