We are looking for talent to sustain our growth and maintain a clear focus on new fashion technologiesand, in this context, we are currently looking for a Strategy Assistant to work in the city of Lisbon. Are you willingto take these responsibilities? Diary management, co-ordinating arrangements for meetings, conferences and complex travel itineraries Communicate the manager's instructions or requests to various individuals/departments and obtain information from other managers. Respond to routine requests and correspondence, drafting more complex correspondence for final approval or referring more complex requests as appropriate. Organise and expedite flow of work, initiating follow up action where appropriate Ensure all regular meetings are kept up to date with correct attendees and take minutes where appropriate Collate and issue regular business summaries Identify any operational and regulatory risks, escalating as appropriate. Do you fit with the profilewe are looking for? Degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing or Economics required. Ability to work in a team environment with high level of collaboration skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Assertiveness. Ability to work in multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to work well under pressure, to deal with stressful situations and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment. Strong analytical skills, self-motivated and responsible. Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decisionmaking skill. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to be adaptable to various competing demands. Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities. Strong organization and prioritization skills. Strong active listening and ability to follow directions.
