Step into the fast-moving world of financial technology! We are hiring French-speaking Customer Success Advisors to join our headquarters in Lisbon. Supporting a major Payment Solutions brand, you will be the main point of contact for people using digital finance tools. Your Core Responsibilities
As a customer success advisor, you do more than just answer questions. You help users navigate the online payment world and make sure their money transfers go smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Support: Answer French-speaking clients through various channels regarding payment processing, digital wallets, and account status.
- Problem Solving: Take ownership of difficult billing questions and technical issues to ensure every customer gets a solution.
- Security & Safety: Follow strict financial safety rules to protect user data and make sure all transactions are legitimate.
- Teamwork: Work with an international team, using your English skills to stay in sync with managers and technical departments.
- Quality Standards: Reach and exceed performance goals to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We care most about your attitude and language skills. You do not need a specific background because we give you full training!
- Language Skills: You must speak and write perfectly in French. You also need a good middle level of English (B2 level) for internal training and company systems.
- Willingness to Learn: You don't need a specific background. While experience helps, we care more about your potential and your desire to learn the industry.
- Dependability: You are a reliable professional who shows up for your team and your customers on time.
- Tech Savvy: You are comfortable using different software platforms and solving problems with digital tools.
PAY & BENEFITS
We offer a full financial package to make sure our team is well-supported:
- Fixed Salary: A base pay of €930 gross per month, paid 14 times per year (this includes your mandatory extra summer and Christmas payments).
- Attendance Bonus: An extra €65 monthly bonus just for being reliable and showing up to work on time.
- Meal Stipend: €7.63 for every working day to cover your daily meals, paid onto a special food card.
