We're on the lookout for a Customer Expert to support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) using one of the world's leading digital advertising platforms. Responsibilities Be the go-to advisor for SMBs using digital advertising solutions Support customers before and after their purchases through chat, email, and phone Help clients unlock the full potential of self-service advertising tools Share expert product knowledge to drive customer satisfaction (CSAT) Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care Champion a customer-first mindset in every interaction What Were Looking For Fluent English (C1 and higher) both spoken and written Already living in Lisbon; this is an on-site role, no relocation support is available A natural communicator with empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills Independent and resourceful, but also a great team player Resilient and quick to adapt in a dynamic environment Eager to learn and master new tools and platforms Holder of an EU passport or valid Portuguese residence card in a ready form Work Location: On-site in Lisbon (modern office near Entrecampos) Schedule: 40 hours/week 8-hour shifts + 1-hour break, rotational between 06.00 and 00.00 (weekends & holidays included) Time Off: 22 vacation days per year + compensation for public holidays worked Are you ready to elevate your career and make an impact in the digital advertising space?
