We are currently hiring for a Contract Tutor to join our team in Funchal Portugal. As a Tutor you will be responsible for providing high-quality educational support to students of all ages and levels. Responsibilities Develop personalized lesson plans and curriculum tailored to individual student needs Provide effective instruction and support in various subjects including but not limited to Math, Science, Language Arts and Foreign Languages Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents/guardians Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage and motivate students Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to ensure consistency in teaching practices and student development Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades and progress reports Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, Master's degree preferred Minimum of 2 years experience teaching/tutoring students in a school or private setting Strong knowledge in multiple subject areas Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual learning styles Proficient in using technology for instruction e.g. interactive whiteboards, online learning platforms Must have own valid work visa for Portugal Salary: $1100 per month.
