- Teletrabalho
Funções:
- Atendimento ao cliente via e-mail, telefone e chat;
- Transmitir conhecimento e benefícios dos produtos do cliente;
- Indicar sugestões de produtos que correspondem aos interesses e necessidades do cliente;
- Identificar soluções para os problemas dos clientes;
- Outra tarefas inerentes à função.
Requisitos:
- Habilitações literárias mínimas ao nível do 12º ano de escolaridade;
- Experiência em atendimento ao cliente ou similares;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita;
- Fluente em inglês (obrigatório);
- Iniciativa, proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar em equipa;
- Capacidade analítica e espírito crítico;
- Gosto e aptidão pelo atendimento e suporte ao cliente;
- Gosto por produtos de cosmética;
- Forte orientação para o cliente.
Oferece-se:
- Projeto de continuidade;
- Vínculo contratual direto com a nossa empresa cliente;
- Intervalo salarial previsto: 14.000 € - 16.000 € brutos/ano.
