About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Solutions Expert to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of digital procurement solutions across Source-to-Order (S2O) and marketplace ecosystems.

This role combines business analysis, solution design, and transformation delivery , supporting large-scale digital initiatives and enabling operational excellence through automation, standardization, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert across digital procurement solutions throughout the full lifecycle: requirements engineering, design, build, and implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Sourcing, Procurement, Marketplace, and Business teams) to capture and translate business needs into scalable solutions
• Define and execute digital solution strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Lead and support client onboarding, transition projects, and process reengineering initiatives , ensuring smooth delivery and change management
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process optimization within Source-to-Order and marketplace activities
• Customize and deploy digital procurement platforms and solutions, ensuring strong adoption and user experience
• Support training frameworks and documentation , ensuring successful knowledge transfer during implementation phases
• Contribute to transformation programs and continuous improvement initiatives
• Enable integration and scaling of digital procurement capabilities across multiple stakeholders and environments

Your Profile

• Proven experience in digital procurement, S2O / S2C processes, or procurement transformation
• Strong understanding of process optimization, automation, and digital tools
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Exposure to change management and system implementation projects
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

What We Offer

• Competitive compensation aligned with the Lisbon market:
• €75,000 gross/year , depending on experience and skills
• Hybrid work model:
• 4 days/week in the office , 1 day remote
