To join our Transformation Team at the Holding Office, we are currently looking for a:

Culture Transformation & Facilitation Manager

Purpose of the role

Support the design and continuous evolution of a group-wide cultural transformation journey, with a strong focus on facilitating leadership and team development experiences across the Group .

This person will combine expertise in organizational culture, leadership development and people transformation with strong facilitation capabilities , translating cultural ambitions into concrete experiences, conversations and practices.

A significant part of the role will involve preparing and facilitating in-person leadership journeys and transformation sessions across different geographies and businesses , helping leaders and teams reflect, experiment and embed new behaviours.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prepare and facilitate leadership and team development journeys , workshops and transformation sessions across the Group.
• Facilitate conversations with leadership teams, creating the conditions for reflection, challenge, alignment and behavioural change .
• Adapt facilitation approaches and methodologies to different audiences, seniority levels and business contexts.
• Co-design and continuously refine the cultural transformation roadmap, identifying the core experiences, concepts and behaviours that need to be nurtured.
• Translate cultural models and frameworks into practical exercises, tools and facilitated experiences that teams can apply in their day-to-day.
• Design and implement group-wide initiatives, including leadership journeys, internal academy experiences, onboarding moments, internal talks, rituals and other engagement formats.
• Work closely with business units to co-create local adaptations of group-wide initiatives.
• Prepare facilitation materials, session flows and methodologies and coordinate all necessary preparation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and coordinate external partners, facilitators and content experts when needed.
• Create feedback loops and learning cycles to continuously improve the experiences delivered.
• Act as a thought partner to the Head of Transformation, contributing with methodology, inspiration and critical thinking.
• Travel regularly across the Group’s locations to prepare and deliver leadership journeys and other in-person development experiences.

Ideal Profile

• Background in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources or similar.
• Experience in cultural transformation, leadership development or large-scale people development programmes.
• Strong hands-on facilitation experience , ideally with leadership teams and senior audiences.
• Ability to facilitate complex conversations, reflection and group dynamics , creating engagement while also challenging participants when needed.
• Experience in designing and delivering workshops, leadership journeys and immersive learning experiences .
• Confidence facilitating both structured programmes and more ambiguous, emergent conversations.
• Former consultant or experience in a consulting/facilitation environment is valued.
• Solid grounding in change management principles.
• Strong communication, presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building from scratch.
• Collaborative, pragmatic and hands-on.
• High availability to travel , as leadership journeys typically involve two-day sessions and additional preparation time on location.

Work Location

• Porto. Hybrid mode (following the company policy: 3 days at the office). 
• This role involves frequent travel, as a significant part of the work is delivered in person across different Group companies and locations.
