We are looking for an Amazing: AI Mastermind

Seniority: Senior-level (5+ years)

Type of position:  Hybrid model in Braga. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!

The amazing you, will have:

• At least 5 years with a strong background in software engineering, digital platforms, and large-scale technology delivery. 
• Experience defining and executing AI or technology strategies in complex environments. 
• Experience with Large Language Models and the applied usage patterns. 
• Experience with Agentic AI and the applied usage patterns. 
• Experience with model monitoring, observability, MLOps tooling, and Agile.
• Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI, with a practical mindset.
• Advanced English Level.

To turn yourself from amazing to unique, you´ll have (plus):

• Experience working with public cloud platforms, especially AWS, and related AI/ML technologies and services. 
• Experience with model comparison, security, privacy and FinOps in the context of AI.
• Knowledge about model quality, output validation and guardrails.
