Role: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Expert

Location: Hybrid, Porto

Required Skills:

• Proven hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations and engineering within financial or high-security environments
• Expertise in directory technologies including Active Directory, LDAP, and Microsoft 365 Identity Governance
• Strong knowledge of cloud identity platforms such as Entra ID, AWS, and Azure
• Experience managing the full IAM lifecycle (Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes) and identity governance tools like SailPoint IIQ or CyberArk
• Technical proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Java) and API integrations (REST/SOAP) for IAM automation
• Ability to perform access risk assessments and implement security models based on Zero Trust principles
• Experience with ITSM ticketing tools such as Jira or ServiceNow for incident and user lifecycle management
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
