Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Collaborate across web analytics, paid media, and sales pipeline data to optimize the B2B customer journey Develop propensity-to-design-win scoring models, combining engagement signals (downloads, page views, product interest) with CRM insights to rank ISPNs and contacts by their likelihood of moving to socket or design win Integrate advanced LLMs and AI agents seamlessly with enterprise systems, APIs, and diverse data sources Apply deep domain expertise to resolve complex business and technical challenges and improve processes Lead projects or project steps, ensuring quality and timely delivery of outcomes Serve as a mentor and resource for colleagues, including training junior staff Work independently, coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining compliance with internal policies Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, AI, Statistics, or a related field 5 years of relevant NLP/AI/ML experience, including 2 years leading LLM, Gen AI, RAG, and Agentic AI initiatives Hands-on expertise in multi-agent architectures, orchestration patterns, tool/memory/routing design, and integration of LLMs/agents with enterprise systems and APIs Experience with agent protocols (e.g., MCP, A2A), open-source agent gateways, and proficient in scripting languages (especially Python); basic web development knowledge is a plus Solid understanding of software engineering and development cycles Highly motivated, structured, and self-driven team player – adaptable with strong cross-cultural and customer-oriented skills Fluent English communication skills Please send us your CV in English.
