Delivery Manager (French Speaker) Location: Central Lisbon – Hybrid (2–3 days onsite/week) French B2 minimum Eligibility Already based in Portugal with a valid work permit Are you an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in IT services and transformation programs? Do you thrive in client‐facing environments, managing complex deliveries while ensuring high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction? If so, we'd like to hear from you. Your Responsibilities Lead the successful delivery of IT projects and services, ensuring quality, timelines, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate and motivate cross‐functional technical teams. Monitor service performance through KPIs and SLAs, ensuring agreed objectives are met. Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies. Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and operational excellence. Facilitate governance meetings, workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessions. Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted partner throughout the delivery lifecycle. Support budgeting, forecasting, estimations, and resource planning activities. Contribute to IT transformation and integration programs across complex environments. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Delivery Manager within the IT industry. Strong understanding of IT department (DSI) operations and service delivery environments. Solid experience leading IT transformation and integration programs. Hands‐on experience with IT service delivery models, including ESNs and Service Centers. Strong background in governance, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation. Experience in budget management, estimations, KPI tracking, and SLA monitoring. Demonstrated success in service performance management and continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Autonomous, rigorous, and results‐oriented mindset.
