Role Summary As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent across our engineering, AI, and business teams. You'll play a crucial role in building our team as we scale rapidly. This is a hands-on recruiting role ideal for someone who loves connecting with people and has a passion for finding exceptional talent. Responsibilities Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, conferences, and technical communities Manage full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to offer negotiation Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls Build and maintain our presence on job boards and professional networks Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment content Represent BloodFlow at career fairs, meetups, and industry events Develop relationships with universities and technical communities Track and analyze recruitment metrics and pipeline health Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements Manage candidate database and recruitment tools What We're Looking For 2+ years experience in talent acquisition or technical recruiting Experience recruiting for engineering and technical roles Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and various platforms Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Understanding of technical roles and requirements Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus) Experience recruiting for AI/ML or data science roles Background in startup or scale-up environments Knowledge of European talent markets Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools Technical background or engineering degree What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits package Build talent pipeline for cutting-edge healthcare AI company Work with diverse, international candidates Impact on company growth through strategic hiring Competitive salary with performance bonuses Professional development and recruiting certification support #J-18808-Ljbffr
