Housekeeping Training & Quality Supervisor
Principais responsabilidades:
Planear e gerir a atividade da equipa;
Assegurar a existência e a gestão dos meios e recursos necessários à prestação do serviço;
Garantir o acolhimento e a formação contínua dos colaboradores.
Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de Qualidade, Ambiente e Segurança por parte dos elementos da equipa;
Colaborar na gestão da relação com o cliente.
Perfil pretendido:
Experiência em coordenação de equipas/Liderança;
Capacidade de organização e planeamento;
Flexibilidade;
Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal(Fator Eliminatório);
Orientação para o cliente e para a melhoria contínua;
Disponibilidade horária.
Minimo de 12º Ano
